Available Nano Infrared Heater Structure

The alloy resistance coil heats up and emits infrared radiation through the quartz tube. The barrel surface absorbs the incident radiation and converts it into thermal energy, which then conducts through the barrel wall to the processed material.

The stainless steel reflective layer guides infrared radiation toward the barrel, forming a directional heating path. It helps concentrate thermal energy in the barrel unit.

The aerogel insulation layer reduces outward heat loss and keeps more heat concentrated on the barrel. This helps improve heating efficiency while preventing the heater shell from becoming excessively hot. Less wasted heat and lower surface temperature during operation.

The stainless steel sheath provides strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. It helps protect the internal heating structure and supports long-term use in demanding industrial environments.

The sheath is coated with a nano radiation-control coating to further reduce heat loss from the heater surface. In suitable applications, the external surface temperature can remain below 68°C / 154°F, helping to reduce heat exposure around the machine.
